Yoga Classes suspended until April 6, 2020
Yoga Instructor Ann Miller is suspending the Yoga classes at the Kalama Community Building until April 6, 2020 due to the Covid 19 virus. Zumba and the Dance Fitness classes have also been suspended.

2020 Tourism Funds Available - Apply Now
The City of Kalama is accepting applications for funds from the Tourism funds that support or maintain tourism in Kalama until March 31, 2020. The program is open to applications from public, nonprofit or private entities with a demonstrated ability to accomplish the proposed project.

Kalama City Council is canceling the Community Building Workshop scheduled for Thursday 3/19 at 6pm. The regular meeting of the Council will be held in order to take action on the consent agenda items to approve payments for invoices and payroll only.

Stormwater - It All Runs Downhill
Citizens of Kalama and the business owners in the downtown area are well aware of how much water can come off the hillsides when the City is hit with heavy rains. The flooding in December 2015 was devastating, and the City has been working, and continues to work, to find the answers to this long- standing problem in Kalama.
