Rent the Space

  • Full day rental, full building: $650.00
    • Meeting Room, Kitchen, & Ballroom (full day 12am-11:59pm)
  • Hourly rental, full building: $75 per hour (up to 4 hours)
  • Kitchen only: $35 per hour (up to 4 hours) or $200 for full day
  • Small group (<20) meeting room usage: $100 for 2 hours (hourly after that)

Note: A refundable cleaning/damage deposit is required in addition to your rental cost. 

Cleaning/Damage deposit:

  • $500 if alcohol will be present, served, and/or consumed on the premises. 
  • $200 if no alcohol present, served, and/or consumed on the premises.

Deposits will be withheld if excess additional cleaning must be done, if there is damage to the building, or if the event is shut down by the City of Kalama for any reason. See policies and agreement for full details.

Non-Profit Organizations- Special Rates

  • Full Building Rental: $300 full day or $35 per hour (up to 4 hours)

Parks & Recreation class recovery rate $25/hour

Note: non-profit organizations must include proof of their non-profit status with their application/agreement for their rental, and requires a certificate of insurance.

For summer events, please note: The building does NOT have air conditioning, so please plan accordingly.
