• Tub and Shower Tile
• Heating and Ventilation
• Gas Piping
• Exterior Sidewalls
• Sewer/Septic/Water
• Plumbing Fixtures
• Sidewalk and Approach
• The sewer line must be inspected before a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued
