Kalama Summer Lights on the Fourth
We are excited to announce that we are bringing back the "Kalama Summer Lights on the Fourth" event, hosted by the City of Kalama in partnership with the Port of Kalama!
Here are the event details:
Who: Everyone-- bring your friends & familyWhat: "Kalama Summer Lights on the 4th"- a free, family friendly event with live music, artisan vendors, food, and more!
When: Thursday, July 4th, 2024 starting at 11:30am
Where: Westin Amphitheater/Marine Park at the Port of Kalama (215 N. Hendrickson Dr., Kalama, WA 98625)
Parking: We heard you! Last year's event had a shortage of parking. This year we have worked with Peak Tours and Transit to have 2 shuttles running throughout the event to an offsite parking location (thanks to Kalama School District). Park at Kalama's middle school parking lot (near the Chinook Stadium) for a climate-controlled ride down to the event at the waterfront. These vehicles can accommodate 13-15 passengers, with high ceilings and large tinted windows. Please no food or drink in the shuttles. There will be a sign with a QR code at both pickup/drop off points so that you can track where each shuttle is currently located and a phone number to contact the driver(s) as well. Transportation services are covered by the event, so there is NO COST for passengers! We look forward to partnering with Peak Tours and Transit for this year's event!

Schedule of Events
- 11:30am-12pm: Opening Ceremonies
- 12pm-8pm: Beer garden (hosted by the Kalama Lion's Club)
- 2pm-8pm: Free face painting (Kalama Fair princesses)
- Shuttles for offsite parking will be running throughout the event
Live music
- 12pm-2pm: The King Brothers
- 3pm-5pm: Evergreen Chill Acoustic Duo
- 6pm-8pm: The Low Keys - PNW Band
