NOTICE OF PETITION FOR STREET VACATION AND PUBLIC HEARING

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition has been filed with the City of Kalama to vacate portions of Kalama River Road and Old Pacific Highway to address the reconfiguration of the roadway as newly constructed. The City of Kalama Hearings Examiner will hold a public hearing on the proposed street vacation on August 31, 2021 @ 10am or as shortly thereafter as possible. This will be a virtual meeting via Zoom, access information will be posted on the City website - www.cityofkalama.com. Interested parties are encouraged to testify or submit written comments to finance@cityofkalama.com by 5 pm August 27, 2021. The complete application and file including maps are available for review at City Hall during normal business hours.
