Training: The training will focus on damage prevention, best practices related to excavation, and offer a comprehensive overview of the Underground Utilities law RCW 19.122, to include:

- Excavator and facility operator duties before excavation
- Excavation
- Exempted activities
- Underground pipeline or utility damage
- Damage reporting
- Safety Committee information
- Agency authority
- Penalties
Students will receive a two-year certificate and training ID card.
