The Downtown Holiday Parade and Shopping/Dining event will take place of the Festival of Lighted Boats this year. First Street will be closed during this time to cars and open only to pedestrian traffic - much like Halloween. Santa will be doing photos near the library building, the Chamber will be selling hot cocoa, and the drive through displays will remain up for a walk-through experience from 4-6pm as participants eat, shop, and find their spot to watch the parade. The parade will begin at 6pm and the street will re-open immediately following.
