The City of Kalama Administrative Offices at City Hall handle utility billing, dog licensing, all financial activities of the City, staff payroll, human resources, preparing for City Council meetings, notary service, and much more.

Notary Service is available at City Hall

Cost: Free to Kalama residents, or $10 for non-residents

-Please bring your ID and your documentation (unsigned).

-If you have a "will" or document with necessary witnesses, the witnesses must be present when signing (you must provide your own witnesses that have no personal/financial interest in the document).

-Set up an appointment for lengthy documents (for example, a living will) or multiple documents. Please call 360-673-4561.

-Please be sure the document includes "notary wording". If it does not, you are welcome to choose from options at City Hall, but legally, the notary cannot choose for you.
